Privacy Notice

BizGrowthAI is designed to give small businesses useful guidance without a sales call. This notice explains the information used to provide the free checkup, paid roadmap, payment, and automated guide.

Information we collect

We collect the assessment answers you submit, your business name, email address, current tools, budget range, desired outcome, and constraints. We also receive limited transaction identifiers and payment status from Stripe. BizGrowthAI does not receive or store your complete payment-card number.

When you follow a recommended-tool link, we may record the tool, placement, and time of the click so we can measure which recommendations are useful. We do not place your assessment answers inside an affiliate link.

How we use it

We use this information to rank curated AI tools, generate and deliver your roadmap, provide access to the purchased report, answer automated questions, prevent fraud or abuse, process refunds, and operate the service.

Service providers

Stripe processes payments. OpenAI may process a question sent to Ask Biz when the AI service is enabled; requests are configured not to be stored by the API. An email-delivery provider may send the report link. Cloudflare and the site-hosting service provide infrastructure, security, and storage. Each provider handles information under its own terms and privacy commitments.

What not to submit

Do not submit passwords, full payment-card data, government identification numbers, protected health information, private employee records, trade secrets, or confidential customer data. The service is not designed to receive those categories.

Retention and access

Assessment and report data may be retained while the service is operating so your secure report link works, transactions can be supported, and legal or accounting obligations can be met. Access is limited to service operation and support. We may aggregate or de-identify information to understand service performance.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing support@getbizgrowthai.com. Some transaction records may need to be retained where required.
