Refund Policy

BizGrowthAI sells a personalized digital roadmap for a one-time payment.

Delivery failure

You are eligible for a full refund if BizGrowthAI fails to generate or deliver the purchased roadmap.

After successful delivery

After the roadmap has been successfully generated and made accessible through its secure link, purchases are generally final because the personalized digital product has been delivered.

Access or material mismatch

Contact support@getbizgrowthai.com within seven days of purchase if the roadmap is inaccessible or materially fails to reflect the assessment you submitted. Include the purchaser email and a description of the issue, but do not send payment-card information. We will review the delivery and submitted assessment and may restore access, correct the report, or issue a refund as appropriate.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Bank processing times vary.
