These terms apply when you use BizGrowthAI, including the free checkup, Ask Biz automated guide, and paid personalized roadmap.

What the service provides

BizGrowthAI provides educational business guidance, curated software recommendations, implementation steps, and measurement frameworks based on the information you submit. Vendor capabilities, pricing, eligibility, and integrations can change and must be verified with the vendor before purchase or use.

No professional advice or guaranteed result

The service is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, employment, or cybersecurity advice. AI and automated systems can produce incomplete or incorrect output. You remain responsible for reviewing recommendations, protecting data, complying with your obligations, and deciding whether to use a tool. Results are not guaranteed.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, submit unlawful material, infringe another person’s rights, interfere with service operation, or submit passwords, complete payment-card data, protected health information, private employee records, or confidential customer data.

Purchases and access

The Complete Growth Plan is a one-time digital purchase. Stripe processes the payment. The purchaser receives a private report link and is responsible for keeping it secure. Do not publish or resell a personalized report as a competing product.

Some recommended-tool links may be affiliate or referral links. BizGrowthAI may receive compensation when a user follows a link and later qualifies or purchases, at no additional cost to the user. Compensation does not determine assessment results or guarantee that a tool is appropriate. Users should independently verify vendor pricing, terms, capabilities, and data practices.

Availability and changes

We may update the service, recommendations, policies, or availability to improve quality, security, or compliance. If a paid roadmap cannot be generated or delivered, the refund policy applies.
